During their two-day visit in Poland, delegates of the Venice Commission collected information and opinions regarding changes in the Constitutional Tribunal Act. The Commission used the visit, from February 8-9, to talk to the minister of justice, judges of the Constitutional Tribunal, national ombudsman, the president and the representatives of NGOs, including the Helsinki Foundation of Human Rights.
