The three ECtHR judges visiting Lithuania for training purposes, Egidijus Kūris, Paul Lemmens and Paul Pinto de Albuquerquane, also took a trip to the country's prisons. It is no secret that many ECtHR cases against Lithuania (and other countries) are concerned with prison conditions in particular.
