Aruban national Mitch Henriquez was arrested last year at a music festival in The Hague for allegedly shouting that he was in the possession of a weapon. Because he resisted arrest, police used violence against him. He died in the hospital, most likely because of a lack of oxygen caused by the police action against him, which included the controversial use of a headlock. The internal investigation into the conduct of the five agents involved shows that four agents could be blamed for serious dereliction of duty and one for standard dereliction of duty.
