Speaking at a refugee camp in Slavonski Brod last Friday, Croatian Minister of the Interior Ranko Ostojić said there are 31 people in the process of readmission. These people do not have Syrian, Iraqi or Afghan nationality, and he said that 1,100 individuals are not allowed to enter Croatia because they do not meet these conditions. During the press conference, he reiterated that Croatia will not enter data on refugees in the Eurodac system, as it would then become a "hotspot returning point" for all refugees who fail to get asylum in the European Union.
