The Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights has filed a complaint against the prosecutor general's decision not to initiate pre-trial proceedings in the case regarding the government's refusal to publish the Constitutional Tribunal's judgment from March 9, 2016. The prosecutor's decision holds that the prime minister did not commit the crime of neglecting her duties by refusing to publishing of the judgment. According to the prosecutor, the fact that it wasn't published did not harm public interest. The HFHR accuses the prosecutor’s office for breaching several regulations of the criminal code.
