The European Implementation Network (EIN) was formed as a result of worrying findings that European countries that are condemned by the European Court of Human Rights often fail to implement the judgments of the court and fulfill their human rights obligations. EIN aims to strengthen the capacity of NGOs, lawyers and the community in general, so they can better involved themselves in building a relationship with the Council of Europe. APADOR-CH contributed to writing EIN's strategy and wrote a text about the status of implementation of the court's decisions in Romania.
