The Lithuanian govenrnment has tasked two ministries with drafting legislation that would allow one to reassign their gender in Lithuania. The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Justice have until September 1, 2017, to submit bills on medical treatment for persons with disorders relating to sexual identity.
