In Italy, more and more companies are offering their homosexual employees the same benefits that are acknowledged to their heterosexual employees. The 14-day paid honeymoon period and other key benefits are indeed now provided even to those who would like to enter into same-sex marriages abroad (which are not even recognized in Italy).
