A 34-year-old man from Eindhoven has been sentenced to three years' imprisonment for human trafficking. He severely abused three women in 2009 and 2010. He made a Dutch woman work in the sex industry and took her earnings from her. The other two victims are from Romania; he brought them to the Netherlands to work as sex workers. According to the judge, he was guilty of such serious forms of trafficking that only an unconditional prison sentence is suitable.
