An Athens court's decision whether or not Turkey is a safe third country may be a make-or-break ruling for the EU-Turkey refugee agreement signed a year ago. The case is now being heard by the Grand Chamber, with a decision expected mid-April.In the meantime, thousands of migrants stuck in misery on the Greek islands are at stake.
