Italian rights organizations unanimously expressed their dissatisfaction with the Brussels immigration summit of April 23. The measures adopted by the European Union to give aid to people escaping war zones are too weak, said the organizations, which instead call for legal instruments for entering Europe and common European rescue and reception plans.
