The formation process is taking too long, says Senate Chairman Ankie Broekers-Knol. The elections for parliament were on 15 March, but the VVD (Liberals), CDA (Christian Democrats), D66 (Liberal Democrats) and Christenunie (Christian Conservatives) have been negotiating since the end of June on the formation of a new cabinet.
