The European Court of Human Rights issued four judgments against the Czech Republic during the last year, finding the state guilty of human rights violations on issues including controlled rent, women's birthing rights and anti-monopoly investigations that violated the right to privacy. The court awarded a total of €9,000 in damages to the applicants in last year's judgments, according to an annual report about to be discussed by the Czech government.
