The law on the registration of Wi-Fi networks' users and prepaid SIM card users was recently voted on in the Romanian Parliament. Seven NGOs have asked the Ombudsman and the presidents of the Senate and of the Chamber of Deputies to make use of their right to petition the Constitutional Court of Romania and ask for the constitutionality of this law to be evaluated.
