The Bulgarian government is
unanimously opposing any EU sanctions against Hungary, defense
minister Krasimir Karakachanov stated on Wednesday. The Bulgarian minister
reacted after the Government sided with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban on the Article 7 procedure
requested by the European Parliament. Bulgaria follows Poland in expressing support for the Orbán government.
“One day it's Hungary, tomorrow they'll prepare it for
Poland, and one day this can hit Bulgaria” Karakachanov said.
