ING Bank Śląski is gradually introducing audio systems in its ATMs. This is the result of an intervention by the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights regarding the need to adjust ATMs to the needs of the visually impaired. At the end of 2015, the Bank had 56 ATMs with audio service; by July 2016, the HFHR was aware of 125 audio-serviced ATMs in the whole of Poland. Although not all options are available for the visually impaired, this is a very important step to eliminate constraints in accessing financial services.
