According to the latest survey, Lithuanian residents are ambivalent towards sexual harassment. On the one hand, 8 out of 10 people agree that harassers should be punished accordingly, with 77% agreeing that measures to prevent sexual harassment should be put in place in educational facilities and the workplace. However, 81% said that, in cases of harassment, the person being harassed should draw the boundaries, with 63% claiming that victims provoke or are at least partially to blame for being harassed due to the way they dress.
