The case against two puppeteers prosecuted in Spain for performing a satirical play has been dismissed definitively. A few months ago, the High Court also repealed the glorification of terrorism offense. The investigating judge, responsible for deciding whether there had been incitement to hatred, possible damages to the dignity of people or promotion of hatred towards certain entities or groups, has ratified the arguments of the prosecutor, according to which these actions could not be considered criminal.
