In the eastern German city of Chemnitz, six men have been arrested on suspicion of belonging to a far-right militant group. Police said the arrested are accused of forming a group named "Revolution Chemnitz" in an effort to subvert democracy. The group planned attacks on foreigners, politicians and senior civil servants, prosecutors said. In Chemnitz, the worst far-right violence in Germany took place in late August after a German man was allegedly killed by two migrants. Chemnitz is in a region where the far-right, anti-immigration Alternative for Germany party is particularly popular.
