A private school in Cagliari is being accused of discrimination against migrant students. The school is managed by a religious order that, by its nature, is supposed to show compassion and help people in need, especially when the sufferers are minors who, despite their young age, have already suffered many tragedies. Apparently, school authorities started separating the African minors from others because of the requests of Parents of the Italian kids. This segregation is against the law, specifically Article 34 of the Italian Constitution, which protects everyone's right to education.
