A day after the deadline given by the European Commission, the Polish government sent its 12-page "exhaustive" legal response to Brussels refusing the "groundless" EU complaints regarding its constitutional court reform. Warsaw claims the "primary goal of reforming the justice system is in line with European standards and answers social expectations."
