On July 30, 2014, Poland's Constitutional Tribunal will hear oral arguments in a case involving the constitutional review of certain powers of the country's secret services and law enforcement agencies, including the competence to use covert investigative methods. The case was initiated by Poland's Office of the Human Rights Defender and the prosecutor general. On April 3, the Tribunal adjourned the previous hearing in the proceedings. (Please note: the hearing will be in Polish only.)
