The conservatives-controlled Polish lower house of parliament has passed a law legalizing medical marijuana under certain circumstances. The law would allow prescription-only cannabis-based medicine to be made at pharmacies using imported ingredients. Lawmakers rejected the cultivation of cannabis for medical purposes.
