A Polish court has refused to take into account the request of the Polish Border Guard to extend the stay in a guarded center of a foreigner who was a victim of violence in her country of origin. During her stay in the center, the women was diagnosed with adjustment and depressive disorders. At the end of June, she attempted to commit suicide and was admitted to a psychiatric hospital. Doctors diagnosed post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Despite this, the Border Guard requested the court to extend her stay in the guarded center.
