A court in Luxembourg on Thursday overturned the verdict against a "LuxLeaks" whistleblower who was convicted of leaking thousands of documents revealing tax breaks for multinational companies. The Court of Cassation rejected the verdict against former PricewaterhouseCoopers employee Antoine Deltour, who had been given a reduced six-month suspended jail sentence with a fine of €1,500. An appellate court will now hold a new trial with new judges for Deltour.
