To stop any contribution to companies responsible for the deaths of innocent people, Italy has passed a hard law on cluster bombs and anti-personnel mines, enshrining a clear and unequivocal principle: no person or entity may finance, directly or indirectly, companies that produce or sell cluster bombs and anti-personnel mines. The new and severe law, which puts Italy at the forefront of Europe on the topic, applies to all financial institutions: banks, foundations, pension funds, etc.
