In a joint statement, the Hungarian Civil Liberties Union and four other NGOs urge the Hungarian government to immediately put an end to the rhetoric stigmatizing refugees, take a clear stand against any manifestations potentially raising hatred, secure respect for the human rights of refugees coming to Hungary and guarantee their security. The organizations also demand justice and access to the court system for victims of hate crimes.
