The study "EU Member States under surveillance," published by FIDH, ranks 28 EU member states based on 67 human rights indicators and 17 environmental indicators. This report is a practical guide that aims to encourage investors in the bond markets to invest in states that show respect for human rights. Belgium is ranked poorly, at 19th place according to indicators of human rights.
