"Any activity helps you. Even if it is once per week. You wait for it," says one detainee of the Regina Coeli prison, speaking about a yoga class that a volunteer runs once per week. In the third episode of "Prisons of Italy," we will see some of the activities that are performed in Italian prisons. A band in Milano Bollate, a rugby team in Turin, a yoga class and poetry in Regina Coeli: "It also helps to fight the boredom of jail, to take away the stress."
