The chairman of the extreme-right National Democracy party, Adam B. Bartos, is accused of crimes against humanity. He is accused of committing them through the content of his published books and public speeches. Accusations include an incident during an anti-Islamic rally, where he called for "supreme punishment" for politicians' attitude towards immigrants, and his statement that "the Jewish question has not been resolved satisfactorily." According to police, Bartos committed the crime of defamation of a nation and inciting hatred against a group of persons.
