The Constitutional Court of Spain has declared that court fees imposed on SMEs in order to start a civil or administrative proceeding are "disproportionate" and that courts can't be funded "upon the sacrifice of a fundamental right such as the access to justice in all its aspects." Rights International Spain has been working very hard against this measure through the campaigns #WithoutJustice #EUTake Action as well as through various actions aimed at the Ministry of Justice.
