Within two years, all Bulgarian institutions for children deprived of parental care will be closed. Currently, there are about 650 children who live in such institutions. The promise came from the social minister, Zornitca Rusinova. She remarked that late last year, all institutions for children with disabilities were closed, and the children living there were resettled in sheltered housing.
