The legal case initiated after a breastfeeding mother was disturbed and told to stop while in a shopping mall in August 2014 has ended with an out-of-court settlement. This was announced by the mother, Denitsa Panayotova, and her lawyers from the Bulgarian Helsinki Committee (BHC). She will donate the financial award she receives to organize a campaign in support of breastfeeding in public places. BHC thanks and admires her for her courage to defend her rights and for showing how the rights of women should be defended.
