Poor conditions at an overcrowded camp on Lesbos, Greece, led to three migrants dying last week and presented a grave risk to at least 3,000 others living there. A man in his 20s said to be a Pakistani was found dead in his tent on Monday, and a 22-year-old Egyptian man and a 46-year-old Syrian man who shared a tent died last week, reportedly from inhaling toxic fumes from heaters. The charity Doctors of the World said poor conditions at the camp posed a "serious risk" to migrants. There are some 60,000 migrants currently live in camps across Greece.
